Was a pleasure to have known John, years of nights down the legion with Maureen then I served a few pints to John when I worked behind the bar at the George. Lovely kind gent, will be missed xx

An infectious smile and a crippling handshake with those massive strong hands always greeted us when Johnny came to visit. A kind, funny and hard working gentleman who will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Love Eugene and Roseanne Brady and family xx

We never had the pleasure or privilege of meeting but listening to Michael's accounts of you and your life, we missed out on meeting a very special person.
